Biblical Truth For Passionate Christians

Lonnie, where have you been all my life. I have struggled so very greatly with the assurance of my salvation. Now you have helped me to clearly understand the teaching of scripture and that I can be assured of my eternal life. I have been waiting my whole Christian life for this.

I have been a pastor for all of my life and have never understood that I could be assured of my salvation until this week after sitting under Dr. Lonnie’s teaching.

The knowledge I have attained in Dr. Lonnie’s class has set a ground for me to put everything into practice. “God is in the process of redeeming everything,” this statement has changed my understanding on life and marriage. Regardless of the challenges that we face, God is concerned about the redemption and godly fellowship that is to be exercised.

Dr. Lonnie Hofer has a great heart for evangelizing the lost but also possesses a great command of Biblical truth and Theological knowledge. Lonnie’s own walk with the Lord enables him to communicate all this content on a practical level. His mentoring abilities are also superb. We have greatly benefitted from Lonnie’s ministry to us.

I would like to thank Dr. Lonnie Hofer for being God's instrument in organizing the trips to Russia and trusting me enough to bring me along with him. Definitely the most shaping events of my time in high school, those trips have impacted me more than I can ever describe. From the children to whom we ministered, the Russian pastors we met, and even down to the Russian food and culture, those trips have given me an incredible thirst for ministry.
